RETURNS
- Items purchased must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned in the original containers and be free of damage, abuse, and any wear.
- Closeout product sales are final and cannot be returned except for products covered by the warranty.

To start the returns process. Email Support@ergodyne.com and provide your Ergodyne order details and reason for the return. Someone on our team will respond with next steps regarding your return.
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Any items deemed unreturnable will be destroyed or available for pick up at the customers expense.
ERGODYNE LIMITED WARRANTY IN THE UNITED STATES
We stand behind everything we make and guarantee our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for two years. That said, damage, abuse, and/or normal wear are not covered. (Don't lawyers bring you down? Hey, speaking of… if you have an appetite for long-winded legalese, you’re in luck! We stand behind everything we make and warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Ergodyne will repair or replace, in its discretion, a defective Product that is covered by this warranty. Because Ergodyne cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Ergodyne or an Ergodyne authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Ergodyne reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should email support@ergodyne.com or call us at 800-225-8238 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your claim is approved, you will then need to send Ergodyne a picture of your product and proof of purchase to Ergodyne.
Please note that Ergodyne reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and require that you send your product back to Ergodyne. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product to Ergodyne.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Ergodyne be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
