The Chill-Its 6611 Moisture-Wicking Hard Hat Sweatband integrates with most hard hat and safety helmet suspension systems, offering added comfort and cooling with extra cushioning at the front of the head.

Made from microfiber, it provides instant cooling relief when activated by water or sweat, lasting up to two hours. When dry, the microfiber material efficiently wicks away sweat and moisture, helping to keep the wearer dry and comfortable throughout the day.

The low-profile design ensures it fits seamlessly under hard hats or helmets without adding bulk. Installation is simple with a hook-and-loop closure, and the sweatband attaches easily to suspension hooks via three pre-cut holes in the sweatband. The set includes three hard hat sweatbands, and they are machine washable for easy maintenance—just lay flat to dry.
