Skullerz 8989 Hard Hat Mesh Face Shield is designed to increase eye and face protection for those using Skullerz Hard Hats or Safety Helmets. This metal mesh face shield protects against flying debris and particles while also permitting airflow for increased comfort.

This safety face shield has 3 pivoting positions – fully down to provide full face protection, mid-way or fully up and out of the way. The adapter can be adjusted backward or forward to accommodate other hard hat or safety helmet accessories such as headlamps. Integrated accessory slots on the face shield adapter allow users to attach Skullerz Earmuffs while face shield is installed and in use. The adapter’s soft visor conforms to the hard hat or safety helmet shell to help keep debris out of eyes and face. The face shield is removable and replacement shields and replacement adapters are sold separately.

This safety face shield is tested to ANSI Z87.1 requirements. ANSI Z87.1 is the US standard for Personal Eye and Face Protection Devices and is listed on the frame.

When installed on a Skullerz Hard Hat or Safety Helmet, the 8989 Mesh Face Shield adds eye and face protection for those performing a variety of tasks in forestry, landscaping or other activities where flying debris is present.
