Introducing the new ProFlex Hinged Knee Pads. Built to protect your knees, all while staying comfortable and being able to work efficiently.
The new hinged knee pads were designed in collaboration with one of the industries largest airlines. They came to us for knee pads that met the needs of all their workers, with comfort and functionality at the top of the list.
During the design of the innovative knee pads, we focused on four main points.

- Caps
- Cushion
- Design
With the Comfort Hinge, the knee pad is designed to move with you. Another bonus of the hinged design is added comfort by moving the top strap above the knee crease, reducing irritation. This simple, yet innovative design provides a secure fit while preventing workers from crawling out of the knee pads or falling out of the sides when leaning or rocking.
The 435 is built with a slip-resistant rubber cap that provides grip on both wet and dry surfaces.The curved shape allows workers to slid and pivot without marring the surface. It's the perfect balance of stability and mobility.
Not all knee pads are the same and we didn't cut any corners here. We use a strong top elastic strap on all the new models with locking buckles, or hook and loop for secure fit. The elastic holds up over time and wont stretch or fray with use. This allows for a better fitting and functioning knee pad when walking or crawling.
The model 450 also features a thick, soft neoprene comfort strap. Our new lightweight gel foam is the perfect combination of our standard series foam and our premium gel. It offers the lightweight feel of foam, with the comfort and bounce back durability of gel.
