This bump cap tackles two big challenges workers face in the field: weight and heat. The removable bump cap insert is made of a lightweight but durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with maximum ventilation for all-day breathability that doesn’t compromise protection. Lining the insert is a removable, washable and anti-microbial EPP foam pad for enhanced comfort, protection and airflow. This pad also helps prevents sweat from dripping down into eyes. Vents in the insert and foam pad channel heat away from the head and Cooling Channels allow additional airflow above the pad. These features combined with vented laser-cut polyester mesh on the hat itself keeps workers cool and comfortable on the job.

Available in three different brim lengths for unobtrusive wear in cramped work environments. The nylon hat comes in three colors (black, navy, hi-vis, lime) and features reflective piping keeps workers safe and seen in low light situations.
